Born and raised in the scenic town of Allepey, Kerala, Nithin Sarath discovered his passion for bodybuilding at the tender age of 17. What started as a trend among youngsters quickly turned into a lifelong pursuit for Nithin. Winning the title of Mr. Allepey in 2012 marked the beginning of a journey filled with aspirations and challenges.
Moving to Canada in 2016 with his wife, Rashmy, Nithin faced the harsh realities of an international student’s life, juggling financial constraints and the dream of returning to bodybuilding. It was the birth of their daughter, Raelynn, that reignited Nithin’s fire to pursue his passion, leading to an awe-inspiring transformation and a triumphant return to the stage at the 2021 Prairie Golden Cup.
Today, Nithin Sarath is not just a name but a symbol of dedication and hard work. His remarkable achievements, including the prestigious title of Golden Prairie Cup 2021 Overall Champion and his victory at the Canadian Natural Pro Qualifier, are testaments to his unwavering commitment and love for bodybuilding.
